Running It's fun running, but not always. Beating your time is fun and gets you really excited. The workouts are the ones that will Kill you and make you want to quit. Meeting new people is always fun. Cross Country is one of the sports to communicate and just have fun while running, but again it's the hard workout that makes you want to quit. It's good to have hard work outs because it helps you improve. What I don't like about it is that we have to go to practice everyday and sometimes I am busy with school, but I don't know if I like running. I sometimes feel like something is holding me back and I'm regret it if I quit. While running you could let your mind out and just let everything out. While running you could rest your mind and just chill. Running with someone is always the best. During races you suffer but when you finish a race it's the best feeling ever! Competing
Emerson's thesis is that you are the only one that you could be. Self-Reliance is about pretty much you being you and showing who you really are. The main idea is supported by the tone because the tone is challenging. This essay is pretty hard to understand but it's worth being challenged. I know he isn't trying to challenge us. Emerson likes when people are themselves and show who you really are. He wants you to understand yourself because there is always a good way to change. For example, when he quoted "Rainbow to follow the cloud"he was so right on what he meant with that. In order to have something good you have to go to the struggle first. This is just life . The diction is pretty bold with big words. Emerson used words from back in the days that we don't use today. There are people that are selfish and Emerson doesn't like that.
